A little off-topic from art, but I’m proud of this…This actually started at the DMV last summer. 😂 I was renewing my license and the guy asked if I wanted to change the weight listed on it: 135 lbs. I was closer to 150 and thought, Nope. I’m going to make it accurate instead.Once I got there, I decided to keep going. In January, I set a new goal: 120 lbs by September 2—and to get stronger, in pretty much every way.I reached 120 on May 11, my 44th birthday—not a bad present to myself!I didn’t do anything drastic. I wanted consistency and sustainability. I walked a lot, added simple strength exercises, ate more intentionally, and still enjoyed drinks & dessert. 🥂 I wanted changes I could actually live with.I got stronger. 💪 I feel better in my body, I can do more with it, and I’m really proud of myself. 💐🎂❤️#PersonalGrowth #FitnessJourney #Consistency #SelfCare #HealthyHabits StrongerEveryDay
